I’m a Master of Professional Communications graduate interning with Let’s Move, Canada!, where I wear a lot of hats: writing and producing content, supporting social media, and building partnerships for our proactive health and movement initiatives. My work has ranged from bilingual English–French scripting to planning a booth activation to booking podcast guests. I love the mix of creative and logistical work, and I’m grateful to contribute to a mission I genuinely believe in.

As Lead Event and Outreach Coordinator for Let’s Move, Canada!, I lead our in-person and virtual events, campaigns and outreach. I also support social media and supervise our event- and outreach-focused interns. Away from work, you’ll find me cheering on the Toronto Raptors and Blue Jays, following Formula 1, going for walks with a mystery podcast, or cozying up with a good book.

I’m a fourth-year journalism student specializing in communications and media, with a minor in public relations. I love connecting with people, setting the tone in a room, and leaving a lasting impression through meaningful communication and authentic storytelling. I’m excited to be working with Let’s Move, Canada! to help more Canadians move more and live well.
