Her interests lie in business, marketing, international relations, coordinating events, consulting, legal work and consumer/client relations. Keira Christie-Galloway started running track at age 14 in 2014. She had outgrown gymnastics and her coach suggested track and field. Within two weeks she won long jump silver at a provincial meet. Keira holds the Canadian U20 and U18 records in the 100m hurdles.

In June 2018, she shattered a 36-year-old national U20 record and followed it up with a personal best of 13.10 seconds in May 2019, winning the Big-12 Conference Championship as a freshman for Iowa State University. Keira discovered track and field at age 14 after transitioning from gymnastics and quickly showcased her talent by winning a provincial silver medal in long jump within two weeks.
