CHFI Summit 2026

Proactive Health in Action

What Works. What Scales. What Canada Can Implement Now.

May 25–26, 2026 | Ottawa, Ontario

Join national leaders, partners, and communities for CHFI’s 3rd Annual Summit — a non-partisan gathering focused on advancing proactive health and turning ideas into real-world action across Canada.

About the Summit

The CHFI Summit is the Canadian Health and Fitness Institute’s annual national platform for accountability, collaboration, and action.

It brings together leaders from across sectors to:

  • share measurable progress

  • highlight what is working across Canada

  • align around practical next steps

The 2026 Summit builds on national momentum and focuses on turning evidence into scalable, community-based solutions that help Canadians move more, improve wellbeing, and strengthen long-term health outcomes.

The Summit will be in person by invitation and will be publicly available on our Let's Move Canada YouTube Channel.

Why This Summit Matters

Canada faces a persistent gap between awareness of healthy living and sustained participation.

The CHFI Summit addresses this by focusing on:

  • practical implementation

  • community activation

  • measurable outcomes

This is not a theoretical conference — it is a working forum designed to accelerate real progress in prevention and proactive health across Canada.

What You’ll Experience

  • Real-world case studies in prevention and proactive health

  • Cross-sector collaboration (community, government, corporate, research)

  • Youth and next-generation perspectives

  • Interactive discussions and roundtables

  • Practical models that can be scaled across Canada

The program is structured to emphasize what works — and how to implement it now.
