Hi, I’m Sophia! I’m the Youth Engagement Coordinator at Let’s Move Canada, where I focus on social media content creation. With a background as a fitness instructor and lacrosse player, I’ve always been passionate about fitness and well-being, and I enjoy using my skills to help others find joy in staying active. 

Outside of work, I love exploring Toronto’s vibrant neighborhoods on foot, finding new crochet projects, and maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym. Whether I’m crafting sustainable pieces or discovering hidden gems in the city, I’m always looking for ways to bring creativity and movement into my everyday life.
